Monastic church of Vilar of Donuts: Romanesque church of the first quarter of the XIIIth century, declared historical - artistic Monument, that it formed part of the ancient monastery there situated, belonging to the Order of Santiago. Of plant of Latin cross, with principal ship and cruise rectangular, semicircular central apse and two absidiolos that gives to the transverse ship. Facade with beautiful front of trumpet-shaped arch of half a point, with four archivolts on columns with capitals profusely decorated. Crowned for tornalluvias supported for elegant frieze, on which they rest the statues of S. Miguel, S. Bartolomé and the Virgin with the Child. A few exterior arcades perpendicular to the front, they complete the monument, made with chairs granitic and covered with slate. Interior: baldaquino Gothic of the century. The XVth (the only one exempt from the Galician churches), reredos major than granite, interesting Gothic wall paintings in the apse (Finnish XIVth century - beginning XVth century) and several sepulchral pieces with weapon of diverse families.
