The urban development is composed by 8 areas defined in the Ordinances of Building of the Partial Plan that disciplines it urbanistically, approved in due time by the authorities town-planning competent, deciding those, in Area Sports, School, Hotel, Commercial, Andalusian Town, Apartments of 1st and 2nd Lines and Single-family Housings

The Tower of the Wharf gets up in a height from which a good marina stretch is discerned , in the place used from times Romans like wharf, being reconstructed in the first years of XVIth century. Height has form of truncated cone of approximately eleven meters of with the entry to seven meters and a half of his base, to which it was rising by means of scale. It took a continuous farmhand as a watch and listening, paid for the 'jailer'.
