Pony is a municipality of county of Huesca, Spain. It is the capital of the district of Jacetania, with a population of 12.322 inhabitants, according to the revision of the municipal census at January 1 of 2004.
It is located to the north of the county, in the Valley of Aragon, to the shade of the mount Oroel, in central Pirineo, what transforms it into one of the best places to practice the winter sports in Spain.Their tourist main attractiveness are the cathedral of Pony and the citadel, the winter sports, their ownership to the one on the way to Santiago or the biennial (alternate with Oloron Saint Marie) festival of musicians of the world.
