The House Ferrán, located in c / New n.º 4 of Teruel (Spain) were built in 1910, it is fully the first work the architect's tarraconense modernist Pablo Monguió in Teruel. The lot is defined by the New streets, Laureano and El Salvador, for the mediator with c / New n.º 2, and for a small house incrusted in the property. The volume built squatter the whole lot and it consists of seven plants: basement, lowers and mezzanine of commercial use, three raised and under covered with residential use.
