In 1902 some works of remodeling of the cathedral provoked the collapse of the facade and on behalf of the central ship. In 1996 the humanity's City patrimony was declared by UNESCO Among the monuments of Cuenca, it highlights the Cathedral, national monument of style Gothic anglonormando, unique copy in Spain that at the moment is in reconstruction process.
