In an act presided over by their highness the Prince of Asturias, he/she is born October 8 1998 in the Living room of the Language the Foundation San Millán. He/she has their headquarters in the same monastery of Yuso and it is sponsored by the Government from Rioja, aware of the cultural, philological and moral commitment that the concession of the title of the humanity's patrimony behaved. It is the one in charge of looking after the protection of the one it pierces emilianense, of conserving their architectural, historical and philological wealth, and of promoting the investigation of Spanish's origins.
