Palacio of San Telmo, headquarters of the presidency of the Meeting of Andalusia, began to be built in the year 1682, in lands outside property of the Tribunal of the Inquisition for headquarters of the School Seminar of the University of Getting dizzy in which was welcomed and it formed the orphans of the sailors.In their main facade it highlights the magnificent cover of churrigueresque style, in her, framed by columns, it is observed in their superior part the figure of San Telmo, the navigators' pattern, flanked by the bosses of the city: San Fernando and San Hermenegildo. Something more below twelve figures of women appear: six to each side that you/they symbolize the subjects of the arts of the sea that were studied in the University of Getting dizzy. Supporting the balcony is sculpted with aspect of Indians some powerful atlases
