Edifici d'estètica neoromànica, amb a cos central rematat amb merlets, construït l'any 1948 per Joaquín José Garcia of Alcañiz. Dalt of the central tower, hi has dues esquelles forjades l'any 1863 that s'havien utilitzat to l'antiga Indústria Linera.
