| Francesc Femenias and Fábregas (Denim 1870, Denim 1938), it was a modernist architect of the first half of the XX century. he/she obtained architect's title in 1901 and he/she carries out, the month of December of that same year, their first project, consistent in the adaptation and reformation of a building for the Tribunal of Instruction. The year 1904 municipal architect of the city of Denim, position that will allow him/her relizar numerous projects of public initiative are named: Denim Fishmarket (1927), schools Graduate Cousin of Rivera, Mestria, Building of the Deposit of Water. Professor of the Institute and of the School of Arts and Occupations, their architectural style more and more it will derive toward the modernism.
