At the moment they are two the farms of pigs that there are to the outskirts of Bargota, the siblings' property Hernández, providing work for the families and benefits for the town. So much their structure, as the quality of their work methods and of their swinish livestock, they have made that they pass the strictest controls, having been granted them prizes of national environment.
And the other axis of the cattle raising bargotana is those more than 2000 sheep, property of Patxi Larrea that make of the meat ovina of Bargota one of the best of the area. The chuletillas of lamb of milk roasted to the vineshoot, is, simply, a dish. Cornava
