Córdoba is a city of Andalusia, Spain, capital of the homonymous county, beside Guadalquivir and to Sierra's Moraine foot.It was capital of the county Roman County Ulterior Hispania Baetica (Andalusian), time of their biggest explendor in which ended up having so many buildings lúdicos like same Rome and to the one that provided big philosophers like Lucio Anneo Séneca, speakers like Marco Anneo Séneca and poets like Lucano. Later on it occupied an important place in the county of Spania of the Byzantine Empire and during the Visigothic period. It reached the capitalidad during the Independent Emirate and the Caliphate occident Omeya again, time in which reached their demographic acme and of the one that one of their good known monuments conserves: the Mosque of Córdoba. In the century X Córdoba was the biggest city in the world.
