The current cathedral of Le贸n, begun in the XIII century, presents a design of the purified style French Gothic. Well-known as leonine Pulchra.It highlights the main (gable-wall west) facade, with five arches finely sculpted in the XIII century, with three doors and central rosette, flanked respectively by two Gothic towers of 65 and 68 meters. Ponferrada is the capital of the district of Bierzo, belonging to the county of Le贸n, in the autonomous community of Castile and Le贸n (Spain). Villama帽谩n is a municipality located to the southeast of the county of Le贸n, in the autonomous community of Castile and Le贸n, Spain, in the area mesetaria of the county of Le贸n and for which passes the river Esla.Originariamente was known as Villamagna, name that evolved toward its current version, Villama帽谩n Villama帽谩n is located to the south of the county of Le贸n, in the well-known district as Esla-Campos, to 37 kilometers of the city of Le贸n and 767 meters of altitude.
