They are two different populations.
Etxarri Aranaz (history of the town) is in the center of the Sakana vale and in the middle of a leafy oak grove. His magnificent one situation will allow him to establish your tourist base to visit two natural enclaves of singular beauty: the saws of Urbasa and Aralar.
