The Town hall of the Vale of Elortz with capital in Noain is formed by the councils of: Elorz/Elortz, Guerendiáin, Imárcoain, Nogueron (Vale of Elorz), Noáin, Oriz, Otano, Towers, Yarnoz, Zabalegui, Zulueta with an entire population of 4254 inhabitants.
