The Vale of Ollo is a Municipality composed for the places of Anoz, Arteta, Beasoáin-Egillor, Ilzarbe, Ollo (capital), Saldise, Senosiáin and Ulzurrun. It is placed in the basin of Pamplona, to 22km of the same one. The climate is of subAtlantic type and is much determined by it by the altitude. The oak groves are the forests more extensive; in the biggest heights the beeches appear, and the parts low are covered by holm oaks. There are some black poplars to the shore of the Araquil. The cattle constitutes the principal resource of the vale. The mechanization has been very intense. A fish farm exists in Anoz. The secondary sector is represented by two establishments, one of forge of metallic products and other of preparation and conserve of fish. In the sector the following ones emphasize services actividades:comercio, transport, communications, education and establishments of drinks.
In the pueblecito of Ollo, located in a beautiful scenery, The church of Santo Tomás apostle belongs to the Romanesque rural one. Interior one gains access to for a door with carved capitals. In his term municipal and on the waters of the river Ollo a bridge survives medieval of only one eye.
