The locality is formed by two quarters: Mugairi and Zozaia and there has a population of approximately 500 inhabitants in whole. The Mugairi hamlet rises on the border that it separates Baztan of Bertizarana, along with the mouth of the ditch Ceberia-Marin in the Bidasoa. The church of the Asunción belongs a XVIth century. In Zozaia attracts attention the House - tower of Jauregia, and in Oronoz, ancient palace of end of armory, House Arrechea, which has a big one eave of smooth wood and a front in whose low part two reduced semicircular arches appear .
