Burbáguena is a small Town turolense, inside Calamocha region, there has a population of 356 inhabitants and one 814 meters altitude. River Jiloca is located in the bank and right margin of in a fertile fertile plain.
His profile is characterized by the slender Mudejar tower of his church, Our Lady of the Angels, and the ruins of an ancient castle that fulfilled the fortitude function more than seven centuries ago. municipal term is surrounded by mounts replete with holm oaks that grant a dark verdure to his scenery.

The set of the population turns out to be dominated by the ruins of one castle of the XIIth century and the parochial church. Of the castle there preserve some linens of wall and three child's towers size. The temple for his part, is dedicated to Our Lady of Los Angeles and it dates of the XVIIIth century. It was constructed in chairs and baroque - Mudejar presents a slender and beautiful tower of brick, of style .
In the Burbágena surroundings are the chapels of San Pedro Martyr, San Bernabé and San Nicolás; also the peirones of the Virgin of Farrier and of San Anthony.
On January 17 San Anthony is celebrated. On April 29 holidays take place in honor to San Pedro Mártir. June 11 is San Bernabé, boss of the locality, although the holidays celebrate the third one week of August. On Friday of this week traditional “bajada realizes it " of the Jiloca. For it the participants construct with big inventiveness their own craft and disguise themselves. (ftes to see links)
