Torrecilla of the Rebollar took surname in XVIIIth century, since earlier his name been Torrecilla simply, when it belonged to the community of villages of Daroca, sesma of Barrachina, and as such it was sobrecullida, path and corregimiento darocenses.
It has municipal independence from 1834, and in date relatively recently, in 1960-1970, one joined him Goths.

The parochial church of St Kitts was inaugurated in 1672. It has masonry factory and consists of three ships, the covered head office for vault of half a cannon with fanlights, and of edge in the wings.

It is provided with different peirones, like that of Santa Ann, in the way of Salcedillo; that of St Kitts, speaking to Goths; of Santa Barbara, in direction of Allueva; and that of San Anthony, of way to the source.

Between they emphasize the Source of the Slit and the Pine grove of Caramañeda and Gully Branches. (ftes and text to see links)
