In the XIIth century it researches under the name of "Zduin". Some Channels neighbors, in search of grasslands and piece of news work ground, did huts where later hamlet would be built .

The secretary of the Felipe's state IV, don Pedro Coloma y Escolano, bought for and his successors them territories that comprise the deserted places of Channels and Regachuelo, with the towns of Huts and Yunclillos. Already with the dominion, it granted the viscountcy of Channels and Huts, in 1680 marquisate. With these and other grounds it instituted a primogeniture naming heirs, when it did not have them of blood, to the chapter of racioneros beneficiaries and priests of Santa Maria, of the town of Navarrete, in the Rioja, episcopate of Calahorra and The Roadway.
