In the region where the town is placed of "Domingo Pérez", a series of Castilian place names, like "But Vázquez", then called "Pero Vequer", "Town Muñiz", makes to be thought in by a population of reconquering Castilians or colonists. It is suitable to note down that in the documents Mozarabs toledanos, of the XIIth and XIIIth centuries, the name appears of "Domingo Petrez" or Pérez", in forty two occasions and then others of equal name as "the abbot", "the mayor", "the muleteer", " tanner", "the paltero", "to the archpriest", etc., etc., could be one Mozarab the resettler who named this farmhouse.

In 1218 the town of Domingo Pérez, it is offered to the Order of Mongraf. In 1523 there are certain differences between Talavera of the Queen and Domingo Pérez for limits questions in Illán of Cows, in this one occasion is called Mingo Pérez.
