Town hall

The town gets up in the called hill of Arcolla, perhaps contraction of Arcicóllar, which it means "arcillero, terrero". This could be the cause of the foundation. The name causes in the plenty of bushes and thickness in that later it was a prop of the council.

This one already documents village in 1205, owing to a donation of grounds that does the master Martín de la Orden de Calatrava to itself; they locate some of them in The Bush, serving to provide the hospital that this Order has in Saint Olalla.
