Quintanar" is a word of Latin origin, hispanicized, derived from "quintana", being able to have several meanings like "distance", for certain center of communications is to five miles of one or "square of the close market to the camp". Also it could be "a hamlet", "farmhouse" o "marries of farming". On having gone on to the order of Santiago, it was called "Quintanar of the Order".

ROLL
Placed on a base of square plant, of three steps, compound of a shaft of chamfered corners. On the frame Superior raises a carved capital, with incomplete cornice. To height of the cornice there are two iron elements in the shape of snake.

Of three ships, being the head office of four stretches, more an apse with transparently and choir to the feet.
