In 1211 he is called our Town "Queismondo"; and in 1571 it appears like "Crismondo". In this place name a component Germanic, derived of "world", which it means "protected", and which gives "world, peeled". Possibly it is a memory of the permanence visigoda. Quismondo was a Maqueda farming. In this sense it researches already in 1211. In the year 1575 it is a village of Maqueda; they consider it to be a healthy ground, lacking in firewood, of which they provide in the terms of The Tower of Esteban Hambrán and in those of The Town of the Meadow. They possess a small pasture and a few meadows. Farming ground is . The houses lack attics.
