His name been "San Bartolomé of Valdecelada", "San Bartolomé de la Raña" and already in the XVIIIth century "San Bartolomé of Opened" when it has absorbed big part of the local community of the nucleus nearby. "San Bartolomé" why did the founders of the Town throw lucks to certain Saints that devotaban of which mister San Bartolomé was one which cupó the luck. "The open ones" for this nucleus is in area desforestada, level and flat.

In the middle of the sigo XVIII, population consists of two entities of : San Bartolomé, who is founded on the first quarter of the century XVI and The Open ones founded in advance and that constituted a Council independently. At the end of the XVth century the housings were constructed of Opened where, in these days it is granted, for the Council of Talavera, a pasture boyal; but to the being few neighbors, those of San Bartolomé, they ask it to be for two villages, since they need to have pasture, and this way it grants them to itself. In 1526 the place is filling with San Bartolomé. Talavera gives the population licenses to Juan of Arganda, Alonso Cabello and Juan de Cedillo, who proceed of Villaluenga; increasing his neighbors with original nations of Onion, Val de Santo Domingo, The Tower of Esteban Hambrán and Piedralaves.
