Town hall

As for "Santo Domingo", this Town takes his name for being located in a vale, and of an ancient chapel, "Santo Domingo of Siloes". As for "Caudilla", it comes from the Latin "capitellum", diminutively of "caput" or "head". It could decompose in "cab" or "cap-town", or "head of town". Referring that could be a head or I center of the state that presided at the castle, concerning which there grouped hamlet farmhand who existed already in the XVth century.
