The place name of "Turleque" is mixed, Latin American - Mozarab. The prefix "tur" stems from the Latin American "turris", her completion "eque" is typical of the Mozarab, therefore "Turleque" means: "Torrecilla", "Torrechuela", or "Torrezuela".
