Town hall

In the relation of the year 1576 it is said, as soon as to the name of our town: "... believe that his name is Villarrubia because great part of the Town and ground that border on him is colored". Like that it is, Villarrubia is so much like "Villarroja".

CHAPEL THE CASTELLAR
A ship split into three stretches and covered by barrel vault with fanlights. The chapel biggest covered by dome of orange average on scallops, spends to her across a big double triumphal arch of half a point.

PAROCHIAL CHURCH
Of stone carved and compared on plant of Latin cross, of 47 m of I chatter and 23 m wide and a 18 m height. It has 8 half columns of the Dorian order in the central ship that arches and vaults support of half a point and in the center of the cruise a dome of orange average 25 m high. The tower is of good masonry and ashlar, much well composed by five bodies and basement with fascia lines molduradas, the first three bodies are blind, and others two lodge the belfry. There has a magnificent major, polygonal reredos of five sides, baroque style of transition to the renaissance, constructed and carved in wood and gilding in thin gold, with piers stewed in gold.

ARCHAEOLOGICAL DEPOSIT OF THE HOLE OF THE SERNA
This deposit is in the line of an ancient route marked out for establishments of the Iron II. At first Roman presence was not appreciating it , but in June of 1.994 a necropolis was discovered carpetana where graves and diverse objects were like vessels, earthen jugs, plates... that demonstrate the celebration of complex rites and forms of burial.  (Fte.-Texto Delegation to see link)
