In the heart of the reservation of Urdaibai we are surprised by the spectacular beauty of this neogothic tower of stone lime and mármoles of Ereño. The same one has kept the above mentioned construction area from the XIIIth century, although his current physiognomy should to the French architects Couverchef and Ancelet who, in gratitude to the appointment like vizcaíno native of the son of Maria Eugenia de Montijo and Napoleón III, reconstructed it in 1856.
