Meñaka is a small municipality of 520 inhabitants of the fertile plain of the region Uribe that
it is provided with a surface of 12’48 km2 and one extends on hillsides of the mount Sollube.
In spite of that, in Meñaka also there is a big areas plenty flat
(in major proportion than in other coastal regions vizcaínas) that it has favored
traditionally the agricultural development of the municipality. This duality in the relief is reflected
in the altitude with regard to the sea level, which in case of Meñaka is of 100 m.
