They take place several marches in bicycle and on foot uniting Biscarrués and the headquarters of CHE in Zaragoza in protest sign against the project of construction of the reservoir.
In 1997 and parallelly to the celebration of the World Day of the Water in Ayerbe different tourist activities of character are developed, lúdico and festival guided to give to know the environment affected by the reservoir project Biscarrués-Mallos of Riglos.
COAGRET, association in the one is believed that Coordinating Biscarrués-Mallos of Riglos is integrated. Soon after the coordinator presents an alternative study to the regulation of the river Gállego (Galligo) based on the saving and efficiency of the waterings of Monegros.
In 1998 Greenpeace it denounces the negative impact that would suppose the reservoir of Biscarrués on the environment of Galliguera, openly being one of the regulations of bigger impact of the whole basin of Ebro....
