History: The Cetina origin is uncertain: until the XIIth century there have not been written testimonies that have relation with the locality. He has quoted a Certima or Celtima, conquered by Graco 179 B.C. as strong square of Celtiberian, that Ambrosio de Morales, being based on Tito's texts Livio, identifies with the current Cetina.

Castle of Cetina is known popularly as the Palace of Quevedo, for being in his chapel where the writer married. By one decree of June 3, 1931 was declared a Monument Historical - artistic, turning in the sixth building of province of Saragossa that was receiving such a qualification.
