Favara/Fabara, Town between two rivers, the Algárs and the Matarranya, gets up in the right margin of the last one.
In spite of the Arab roots of his name, his poblamiento reveals the antiquity of with numerous archaeological deposits, as of Roquissal of the Rullo, considered to be the deposit of the Iron Age more important than Aragon. It was D. Lorenzo Pérez Temprado, there illustrates secretary of this town, who excavated and studied the magnificent legacy of our predecessors.
Mausoleum of Fabara: It is a question of a plant building almost squared, that reproduces a temple próstilo, tetrástilo and seudoperíptero, of order toscano; the funeral, domed camera, opens in the podium and communicates with the principal camera, also arched. In the pediment it preserve still traces of the inscription that it indicates that the building was dedicated to Lucius Aemilius Lupus. It was declared a National Historic monument in 1931. The tradition popular calls to this mausoleum "the house of the Moors".
