The Gallur town, province of Saragossa, Alta del Ebro finds inside the region of the Bank. Located in the right margin of the river Ebro, which covers the fertile fertile plain gallurana of west to this one, to 254 m of altitude, it is provided with a term municipally of approximately 42 km2 and a population of approximately 3046 inhabitants, being the Mediterranean climate continentalizado. Strategic point of communication; placed to approximately 45 km to the northwest of Saragossa, account with excellent communications by train, highway and freeway.

In addition to the Ebro another two fluvial arteries affect Gallur; river Arba that coming from Five Towns ends in the Ebro and the Imperial Channel of Aragon, hydraulic work of big relevancy, historical and more important channel of Spain. His construction it was directed by Ramón De Pignatelli, prototype of illustrated man. Declared BIC (Well of Cultural Interest) in the year 2000, crosses it town and divides to the locality in two urban areas that remain close by means of a bridge.

The first holidays are realized in February, the 22nd in honor to the chair of San Pedro, in the whole world only it is celebrated in Antioch, the Vatican and in our Town.
The penultimate weekend before Holy Week celebrates it "Concentration of Big drums and Drums".
From June 28 until July 1 the holidays are celebrated in honor of boss of the Town San Pedro. During the celebration of these holidays it is possible to contemplate in all his splendor the dance of Gallur, they dance accompanied by the box and the pipes, to emphasize the reveilles and her procession of the day of every saint.
