Placed in the contact area between Pyrenees and the vale of the river Ebro. Province of Saragossa is placed in the north of , to 75 km from the capital of the province and to approximately 35 km of the limits of the province of Navarre towards the west and of the province of Huesca to the east.

The north area is occupied by forests of pines and holm oaks and in areas of shady insert the short (oak). The areas that not are occupied by them by the forest are covered with fragrant shrubs (thyme, rosemary, kermes oak). The fauna is typically Mediterranean: rabbits, foxes, jabalíes, deer, chamoises, partridges, hawks, eagles, vultures...
The most out-standing thing the presence is in the precincts of the Castle of Yéquera. Splendid fortification raised in order to to reinforce the advance line towards the Moon reconquest.
Chapel of Yéquera:La chapel is typically Romanesque, of the XIIth; It consists of only one ship finished in apse of drum, with ashlars well squared and aligned. Cantilevers decorated with rolls and sails sustain the cornice. The roof of the apse, it is the flagstone original; not this way that of the ship; that is of Arab tile.
His holidays are San Sebastian (January 20) and Saint Quiteria (officially it is May 22, but the "big" celebration is on the first Sunday of August). (ftes and text to see links)
