Monreal of Ariza belongs to the region of Calatayud. One gains access to this place across the N-II that he communicates Saragossa with Madrid. The exit is well stated and scarcely one is distant pair of kilometers of the same one.

Located in the right margin of the river Landmark, there was founded in 1228 for king Alfonso I "The Fighter" in the extremaduras of the kingdom "to one league of the Castilian streak" for defense of the same one before of Castile governed by Alfonso VII. By his origin due to the king Aragonese was named to this place "Mont Real".

The urban set is divided in two quarters, High and Low discovering in them good samples of domestic architecture down the postulates of the regional tradition.
