Munébrega, regional head is to the south-west of , Calatayud, to twelve kilometers in straight line and few ones more for highway. I is not populate of bank, contrary to what happens most of those of the ancient Community of Calatayud, but any more well of dry land, since his only river bed is the Boulevard of the Mill.
A Celtic town existed in the place called Munebrix, or in Celtiberian Mundobriga, nucleus that Roman preserved in the epochs, visigoda and Muslim.
Munébrega presents to us one interesting city center in which we will appreciate many of elements of the popular architecture of the area, as well as the nice one Parochial church devoted to Our Lady of the Asunción. I moderate Mudejar raised in the XIVth century, although later there was remodeled staying only the plant as trace of his origins. In the front there were placed two big towers that frame access. It is provided with four peirones.
It is necessary to emphasize the interesting sacred art museum that locates in parochial dependencies. Particularly them Seven Codices
