The construction of the monastery crossed for three stages: The Gothic one primitive (XIIIth century); the Gothic Renaissance one (XVIth century) and her classic - baroque (XVIIIth century)

One was gaining access to the walled enclosure for the medieval Tower of the Homage and the church destroyed in the first decades of 1800, was communicating with the open cloister of big pointed arches, and the different ones dependencies. The beautiful chapter room (of the beginning of the XIIth century) was the neuralgic center of the monastic life and the cells were lodging in the building (XVIIth century), turned today in comfortable hotel.
