In the XIIth century the Town happened to depend on the dominion of the order of the Holy Tomb. Her Church of The Virgin of Tobed is a style Church - fortitude Gothic - Mudejar situated in the municipality of Tobed constructed between 1356 and 1385.

Patrimony of the Humanity was declared, along with another 6 Aragonese monuments, especially emphasized between the set of monuments of Mudejar style considered by the UNESCO in 2001.
