Villalengua is a population on the banks of the river Manubles, tributary of the Landmark. To the feet of the Town there extends it fertile plain where the fruit trees grow, and for his back there prolong them undulations of the wide covered interfluvio of vineyards and almond trees that comes up to the river Ribota.

The municipal terms that delimit it are:

- Moors and Ateca for the South;
- Cervera of the Gully and Villarroya of the Saw for the East;
- Torrijo of the Gully for the North; and
- Ateca, Embid de Ariza and the municipality soriano of Cihuela for West.

Villalengua was a square fortified already in the frontier struggles between Aragon and Castile, as the populations along Manubles, but earlier it had been already ordered to fortify for the king Jaime I The Conqueror, and the tradition places the castle in the same center, although some trace does not stay.

The constructions that form the city center answer to proper characteristics of the architecture of the area. Streets framed by white fronts with a clear predominance of rough stone and the tapial.

Of between his housings they emerge the volumes of the Church parochial of Our Lady of the Angels or La Asunción. I moderate raised in the XVIth century being assigned to the late Gothic.

The management holidays in honor commemorate Santos Protasio and Gervasio on June 19, also they are celebrated San Pascual Bailón, Santiago. (fte and texts to see links)
